International Truck parent Navistar agrees to $3.7B acquisition by Volkswagen’s Traton

Volkswagen parent company Traton has agreed to acquire Navistar for $3.7 billion – a value of $44.50 per share of the remaining 84% of the company that Traton didn't already own.. In other news: FMCSA is extending the hours of service waiver for wildfire emergency relief haulers in California and Oregon. A new Love's is open in Arizona.
